•    Attach to dock/deck with included 1-1/4" self-tapping screws
•    Base not needed for permanent mounting
2) Removable Mount
•    Mount the base using included 1-1/4" self-tapping screws
•    Slide the rod holder into the mounted base
•    Remove when not in use
